Acuerdo de licencia de usuario final

Este Acuerdo de licencia de usuario final (EULA) es un acuerdo legal entre usted (ya sea una persona individual o una sola entidad) y el autor mencionado (3D Endless SRL) de este Software para el producto de software identificado anteriormente, que incluye software de computadora y puede incluir medios asociados, materiales impresos y documentación «en línea» o electrónica («PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE»).

Al instalar, copiar o utilizar el PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE, usted acepta estar sujeto a los términos de este CLUF.
Si no está de acuerdo con los términos de este EULA, no instale ni use el PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE.

LICENCIA DE PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE
a) Endless Map Community se distribuye como Freeware para fines personales, una organización sin fines de lucro o educativos. Puede incluirse con distribuciones de CD-ROM / DVD-ROM. NO se le permite cobrar por distribuir este Software (ya sea con fines de lucro o simplemente para recuperar sus medios y costos de distribución) ya sea como un producto independiente, o como parte de una compilación o antología, ni usarlo para respaldar su negocios o clientes. Se puede distribuir libremente en cualquier sitio web o mediante cualquier otro mecanismo de distribución, siempre que no se modifique ninguna parte de este.

b) Endless Map Standard y Enterprise estan disponible a un bajo costo, sin las limitaciones de la versión base.

Limitaciones en Ingeniería inversa, Descompilación, Desmontaje y cambio (agregar, eliminar o modificar) los recursos en el ensamblado compilado. No puede realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desarmar el PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE, excepto y solo en la medida en que dicha actividad esté expresamente permitida por la ley aplicable a pesar de esta limitación.

Separación de componentes.
El PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE tiene licencia como un solo producto. Sus componentes no se pueden separar para usar en más de una computadora.

Transferencia de software.
Puede transferir permanentemente todos sus derechos bajo este EULA, siempre que el destinatario acepte los términos de este EULA.

Terminación.
Sin perjuicio de cualquier otro derecho, el Autor de este Software puede rescindir este EULA si no cumple con los términos y condiciones de este EULA. En tal caso, debe destruir todas las copias del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE y todos sus componentes.

3. DERECHOS DE AUTOR.
Todos los títulos y derechos de autor del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE (incluidos, entre otros, imágenes, fotografías, imágenes prediseñadas, bibliotecas y ejemplos incorporados en el PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE), los materiales impresos que lo acompañan y cualquier copia del PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE son propiedad de autor de este software. El PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE está protegido por las leyes de derechos de autor y las disposiciones de los tratados internacionales. Por lo tanto, debe tratar el PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE como cualquier otro material con derechos de autor.

GARANTÍA LIMITADA

4. SIN GARANTÍAS.
El autor de este software renuncia expresamente a cualquier garantía para el PRODUCTO DE SOFTWARE. The database uses toponymic information, based on the Geographic Names Data Base, containing official standard names approved by
the United States
Board on Geographic Names and maintained by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. More information is available at the Maps and
Geodata link at www.nga.mil. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency name, initials, and seal
are protected by 10 United States
Code Section 445.

It also uses free population data from Stefan Helders www.world-gazetteer.com.
Visit his website to download the free population data. Our database
combines Stefan's population data with the list of all cities in the world.
