Endbenutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung

Diese Endbenutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung (EULA) ist eine rechtliche Vereinbarung zwischen Ihnen (entweder einer Einzelperson oder einer einzelnen Einheit) und dem genannten Autor (3D Endless SRL) dieser Software für das oben genannte Softwareprodukt, das Computersoftware enthält und möglicherweise enthält zugehörige Medien, Drucksachen und „Online“ – oder elektronische Dokumentation („SOFTWAREPRODUKT“).

Durch die Installation, das Kopieren oder die anderweitige Verwendung des SOFTWAREPRODUKTS erklären Sie sich mit den Bestimmungen dieser EULA einverstanden.
Wenn Sie den Bestimmungen dieser EULA nicht zustimmen, installieren oder verwenden Sie das SOFTWAREPRODUKT nicht.

SOFTWAREPRODUKTLIZENZ
a) Endless Map Community wird als Freeware für persönliche, gemeinnützige oder Bildungszwecke verteilt. Es kann in CD-ROM / DVD-ROM-Distributionen enthalten sein. Es ist Ihnen NICHT gestattet, eine Gebühr für den Vertrieb dieser Software zu erheben (entweder für Gewinnzwecke oder nur zur Erstattung Ihrer Medien- und Vertriebskosten), sei es als eigenständiges Produkt oder als Teil einer Zusammenstellung oder Anthologie, noch zur Unterstützung Ihrer Geschäft oder Kunden. Es darf frei auf jeder Website oder über einen anderen Vertriebsmechanismus verbreitet werden, sofern kein Teil davon in irgendeiner Weise geändert wird.

b) Endless Map Standard und Enterprise sind gegen eine Gebühr erhältlich. Sie überwinden die Einschränkungen der Basisversion.

1. GEWÄHRUNG DER LIZENZ. Diese EULA gewährt Ihnen folgende Rechte: Installation und Verwendung. Sie können eine unbegrenzte Anzahl von Kopien des SOFTWAREPRODUKTS installieren und verwenden.

Vervielfältigung und Verbreitung. Sie dürfen eine unbegrenzte Anzahl von Kopien des SOFTWAREPRODUKTS reproduzieren und verteilen. vorausgesetzt, dass jede Kopie eine echte und vollständige Kopie ist, einschließlich aller Urheberrechts- und Markenhinweise, und von einer Kopie dieser EULA begleitet wird.

Kopien des SOFTWAREPRODUKTS können als eigenständiges Produkt vertrieben oder in Ihrem eigenen Produkt enthalten sein, solange das SOFTWAREPRODUKT nicht verkauft oder in einem Produkt oder Paket enthalten ist, das durch die Aufnahme des SOFTWAREPRODUKTS Vorteile erzielen soll.

Das SOFTWAREPRODUKT kann in kostenlosen oder gemeinnützigen Paketen oder Produkten enthalten sein.

2. BESCHREIBUNG ANDERER RECHTE UND EINSCHRÄNKUNGEN.
Einschränkungen beim Reverse Engineering, Dekompilieren, Disassemblieren und Ändern (Hinzufügen, Löschen oder Ändern) der Ressourcen in der kompilierten Assembly. Sie dürfen das SOFTWAREPRODUKT nicht zurückentwickeln, dekompilieren oder disassemblieren, es sei denn und nur in dem Umfang, in dem solche Aktivitäten ungeachtet dieser Einschränkung nach geltendem Recht ausdrücklich zulässig sind.

Trennung von Komponenten.
Das SOFTWAREPRODUKT ist als einzelnes Produkt lizenziert. Seine Bestandteile dürfen nicht für die Verwendung auf mehr als einem Computer getrennt werden.

Software übertragen.
Sie können alle Ihre Rechte aus dieser EULA dauerhaft übertragen, sofern der Empfänger den Bestimmungen dieser EULA zustimmt.

Beendigung.
Unbeschadet sonstiger Rechte kann der Autor dieser Software diese EULA kündigen, wenn Sie die Bestimmungen und Bedingungen dieser EULA nicht einhalten. In diesem Fall müssen Sie alle Kopien des SOFTWAREPRODUKTS und aller seiner Bestandteile zerstören.

3. URHEBERRECHTE ©.
Alle Titel und Urheberrechte an und für das SOFTWAREPRODUKT (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Bilder, Fotos, Cliparts, Bibliotheken und Beispiele, die im SOFTWAREPRODUKT enthalten sind), die zugehörigen Drucksachen und alle Kopien des SOFTWAREPRODUKTS sind Eigentum der Autor dieser Software. Das SOFTWAREPRODUKT ist durch Urheberrechtsgesetze und internationale Vertragsbestimmungen geschützt. Daher müssen Sie das SOFTWAREPRODUKT wie jedes andere urheberrechtlich geschützte Material behandeln.

EINGESCHRÄNKTE GARANTIE

4. KEINE GARANTIEN.
Der Autor dieser Software lehnt ausdrücklich jegliche Garantie für das SOFTWAREPRODUKT ab. Das SOFTWAREPRODUKT und alle zugehörigen Dokumentationen werden „wie besehen“ ohne ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung jeglicher Art bereitgestellt, einschließlich, ohne Einschränkung, der stillschweigenden Gewährleistung der Marktgängigkeit, der Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck oder der Nichtverletzung. Board on Geographic Names and maintained by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. More information is available at the Maps and
Geodata link at www.nga.mil. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency name, initials, and seal

It also uses free population data from Stefan Helders www.world-gazetteer.com.
Visit his website to download the free population data. Our database
combines Stefan's population data with the list of all cities in the world.
