Contrat de licence de l’utilisateur final

Ce contrat de licence utilisateur final (CLUF) est un accord juridique entre vous (un individu ou une seule entité) et l’auteur mentionné (3D Endless SRL) de ce logiciel pour le produit logiciel identifié ci-dessus, qui comprend un logiciel informatique et peut inclure supports associés, documents imprimés et documentation « en ligne » ou électronique (« PRODUIT LOGICIEL »).

En installant, en copiant ou en utilisant le PRODUIT LOGICIEL, vous acceptez d’être lié par les termes du présent CLUF.
Si vous n’acceptez pas les termes de ce CLUF, n’installez pas et n’utilisez pas le PRODUIT LOGICIEL.

LICENCE DE PRODUIT LOGICIEL
a) Endless Map Community est distribué en tant que Freeware à des fins personnelles, à but non lucratif ou à des fins éducatives. Il peut être inclus avec les distributions de CD-ROM / DVD-ROM. Vous n’êtes PAS autorisé à facturer la distribution de ce Logiciel (que ce soit à des fins lucratives ou simplement pour récupérer vos coûts de support et de distribution) que ce soit en tant que produit autonome, ou dans le cadre d’une compilation ou d’une anthologie, ni de l’utiliser pour soutenir votre entreprise ou clients. Il peut être distribué librement sur tout site Web ou par tout autre mécanisme de distribution, à condition qu’aucune partie de celui-ci ne soit modifiée de quelque manière que ce soit.

b) Endless Map Standard et Enterprise sont disponible à peu de frais, sans les limitations de la version de base.

1. OCTROI DE LICENCE. Ce CLUF vous accorde les droits suivants: Installation et utilisation. Vous pouvez installer et utiliser un nombre illimité de copies du PRODUIT LOGICIEL.

Reproduction et distribution. Vous pouvez reproduire et distribuer un nombre illimité de copies du PRODUIT LOGICIEL; à condition que chaque copie soit une copie vraie et complète, y compris tous les avis de droit d’auteur et de marque, et soit accompagnée d’une copie du présent CLUF.

Des copies du PRODUIT LOGICIEL peuvent être distribuées en tant que produit autonome ou incluses avec votre propre produit tant que le PRODUIT LOGICIEL n’est pas vendu ou inclus dans un produit ou un package qui a l’intention de bénéficier d’avantages grâce à l’inclusion du PRODUIT LOGICIEL.

Le PRODUIT LOGICIEL peut être inclus dans tout package ou produit gratuit ou à but non lucratif.

2. DESCRIPTION DES AUTRES DROITS ET LIMITATIONS.
Limitations de l’ingénierie inverse, de la décompilation, du désassemblage et de la modification (ajout, suppression ou modification) des ressources dans l’assemblage compilé. Vous ne pouvez pas désosser, décompiler ou désassembler le PRODUIT LOGICIEL, sauf et uniquement dans la mesure où une telle activité est expressément autorisée par la loi applicable nonobstant cette limitation.

Séparation des composants.
Le PRODUIT LOGICIEL est concédé sous licence en tant que produit unique. Ses composants ne peuvent pas être séparés pour être utilisés sur plusieurs ordinateurs.

Logiciel de transfert.
Vous pouvez transférer de manière permanente tous vos droits en vertu du présent CLUF, à condition que le destinataire accepte les termes du présent CLUF.

Résiliation.
Sans préjudice de tout autre droit, l’auteur de ce logiciel peut résilier le présent CLUF si vous ne respectez pas les termes et conditions du présent CLUF. Dans ce cas, vous devez détruire toutes les copies du PRODUIT LOGICIEL et tous ses composants.

3. DROITS D’AUTEUR.
Tous les titres et droits d’auteur dans et vers le PRODUIT LOGICIEL (y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les images, photographies, cliparts, bibliothèques et exemples incorporés dans le PRODUIT LOGICIEL), les documents imprimés qui l’accompagnent et toutes les copies du PRODUIT LOGICIEL appartiennent à la auteur de ce logiciel. Le PRODUIT LOGICIEL est protégé par les lois sur le droit d’auteur et les dispositions des traités internationaux. Par conséquent, vous devez traiter le PRODUIT LOGICIEL comme tout autre matériel protégé par des droits d’auteur.

GARANTIE LIMITÉE

4. AUCUNE GARANTIE.
L’auteur de ce logiciel décline expressément toute garantie pour le PRODUIT LOGICIEL. Le PRODUIT LOGICIEL et toute documentation connexe sont fournis « en l’état » sans garantie d’aucune sorte, expresse ou implicite, y compris, sans limitation, les garanties implicites de qualité marchande, d’adéquation à un usage particulier ou de non-contrefaçon. L’ensemble des risques résultant de l’utilisation ou des performances du PRODUIT LOGICIEL vous incombe.
